I am a 14 year old customer of Samsung since it started in India . I well as our family have complete range of Samasung products ranging from IT peripherals , Mobile Phones, Colour TV , A/c . Fridge & microwaves .
It is because of my continued satisfaction and patronage to Samsung . But my trust shattered when the below mention incident has occured .
I have logged a complaint # WA[protected] on 29th April 2009 for faulty-gear assembly for my machine which then taken to M/s Durga Electronics Services , Gurgaon, after being given repeated assurances from Mr. Sushil Sharma ( Franschise Service Manager - Gurgaon) to me that it canot be done on-site & it (machine) has to to sent to Service Center for repairs. At first, I was not very comforatble in sending the washing machine to the Service station , however I got convinced somehow by Sushil that it will be transported to & fro with utmost care. Before sending washing machine for repairs I have taken snaps of it for its current condition and got the same thoroughly inspected by Service engineer- Ashwani Sharma for any internal or external visual damage .
Remarks were exclusively made in the Service Report for the condition by stating that there is no damage/scratches on any side of the machine.,while it was being taken to Service Center .
But when I got washing machine back after repairs . I got shocked to see that plastic which covers the PCB on the rear-side ,latches found broken and scratches on the front-side There are also numerous absrasion marks on the sides of inner plastic ring attached to steel drum. I have showed this to Mr. Yogesh Bindalesh and consequentally brought this to the knowledge of Mr. Sushil Sharma.
I was given assurance that all the needful will be done to restore / replace the damage part(s) which has not been done so far.
I personally went to Yogesh and spoken to Sushil Sharma on this but till date no action has been taken.
I would like you to intervene and restore the trust i have lost in the after -sales Service of the Samasung in India.
I can recollect similar kind of incidences which have happened earlier while doing servicing of gadgets by Samasung Service engineers .
This is more attributed to casual appraoch and unprofessionalism in service & support being provided by Samsung India to its customers in India .
Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to resolve it ASAP.
