Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — at the time o[censored]sing phone it shows Application being closed due to low memory error

Dear Sir
I purchase a galaxy grand mobile on 4th july 2013 from m/s-Laxmi Mobile,Sahid nagar,Bhubanewar but after using mobile any application including browing,videoplayer,facebook,media player it shows that Application being closed due to low memory error I ask the thing to seller and they suggest me to go service station but when I visit service station they ask me to come 4 times to show prove I take the screen shots and show them after watching this they are telling that it is not mobile problem it is users problem I am not able to get satisfactory solution from Samsung service station Sahidnagar,Bhubaneswar branch then what can I do or else I am going to suit a case against Samsung mobile india
please suggest me what to do and how to get best service
