Samsung India Electronics ltd — non settlement of claim
ref no-consumer complain ref no-[protected]had purchased an home theatre from samsung india electronics model no HT-Q2ON on 15/08/2007 there was some sound card problem (as told by samsung technician)on contacting samsung it was said that company had stop producing the same model so the sound card was not available so the company had confirmed regading 70% refund for which i agreed ,but then i received a letter showing 49% refund ,, such refunds is not exceptable to me as i only have 3 demands either repair my product or refund me 70% billed amount or provide me with a new brand home theatre which ever is acceptable
the after sales services is very poor as the senior officers are never available nor the call after wards
i cannot settle the claim simply excepting that it is companies policy
kindly look in to the matter and provide me justice any my right to complain against unjust

samsung India electronics Pvt.Ltd. — EPF
THis is to inform that myself Vijay kumar has deposited my EPF form DL17492/3741 DATED 16 AUG..I have received only Rs 19370 which is not the complete withdrawal amount issued.
SO kindly check and issue me the rest amount ASAP.
