[Resolved]  Samsung India Estore — fraud against deal shown on estore

I have been a victim of fraud by Samsung india estore. I have purchased a laptop model NP350V5C-S01IN . They have listed this model to avail offer : laptop -tab offer . but when am trying to avail the offer it is not allowing me. Customer care executives : girish and manish told me that this model is not under the list to avail the offer. Am attaching a screen shot of the offer and under point 2 its mentioned in the list that i can avail offfer on this model.
