I am T K Mukherjee from Kolkata.I had lodged a complaint in your customer care regarding my Window A.C which was not working properly on 12th.June, 2011 and my complaint registration no. was [protected].Next day one Technical personnel had visited my residence to inspect my A.C.After inspection he told that gas of the A.C had been exausted and accordingly as per his instruction next day on 14th.June, 2011 my A.C was taken away by your men to your workshop to fill the gas with the assurance that it will be returned back within two days.But after 10 days also I did not get any infomation from your side regarding the A.C.Then I contacted your customer care reapeatedly.One I could come to know from one gentleman that one spare is required for my A.C which is not available in kolkata and after getting that A.C will be rectified and then no infirmation received from your end.On 5th.july, 2011 one gentleman asked me the date of purchase of my a.c inorder to avail the gurantee period as my compressor is outof order.As at that time I was out of my residence, I told him next day it will be informed but after that I did not get any infomation.On 15th.July, 2011called me after my persuation and I requested her to send back my A.C.On 22nd.July, 2011 I received back my A.C.
From the above details everybody can understand what sort service I received from Samsung and suggest me why should I not lodge complaint against you to other legal body.
