Dear Sir,
I had booked a complaint for my faulty Samsung fridge vide complaint no.[protected]. I had requested the company service booking office to expediate the service as i have an infant child and require the services of fridge. i got a proper response from the customer care but at the service centre at Basheer bagh in hyderabad, they dot even talk to you properly, let alone help you, and all this when i am paying for the repair of the product. Either Samsung should vet the kind of people they hire and not keep the disgustingly incompetant and rude people or just shut shop and get out of Indian Market. Till now i used to think that samsung after sales is good, but coming to face with the problem, i can safely say.. its the WORST. I hope the people at senior position at Samsung read this and do somthing about it.
