Samsung India - Split Ac (1 Ton) — Product not lasting & no proper response from the service centre (Careworld) | |||
I bought a split AC May 2009. By now, this is the second time the product is not working. Also, I contacted the samgsung office and complained on 6th July. My product was collected on 9th July by the Careworld service centre, Pammal and I was told that the product would be repaired and fixed on 12th July. The concerned person to contact was Mr. Fedrick. His contact No. is [protected]. I contacted him serveral times for my unit. But still I am treated like a fool by delaying my unit.
