I HAVE PURCHASE THE TV ON24/11/2008 FROM GUPTA ELECTRONICS EAST ROHTASH NAGAR SHAHDARA DELHI 32. IT HAS COLOURS PROBLEM AND SOUND PROBLEM. I MADE A COMPLANTS ON 7/12/2008. NO [protected]. MY TV SENDS TO SERVICE STATION ON 12/12/2008. IT’S COME BACK ON 20/12/2008. BUT PROBLEM IS STILL EXIST. ON COMPLANT ONCE AGAIN TV PICKED UP BY SERVICE CENTRE ON 22/12/2008. I AM VERY UPSET BY ALL THIS PROCESS. NOW PLEASE CHANGE MY TV. I SHOULD NOT ACCEPT REPAIR TV. Till date I have no response. Service center persons tolled me that there is no time limit it takes more then one months. I can not accept this type of service from Samsung. I mail many times and call customer care and service center many times but all in vain. I have no option to complaints in consumer court. Samsung TV service is very very bad. I dont know whom to complain. I went to the dealer who sold me the TV, he says he is helpless. The service people are not picking up my phone call. They wont even call me by themselves. This is disgusting. I did not expect such a service from them. Being an international company, they are upto the standard.

I had registered a Complaint withSamsung Customer Care no . for non working of Samsung TV on 15 September 2010 at 1:14 pm . ( Complaint no [protected])As per Samsung Rules , service centre person had to call customer within 24 hours of Complaint . No call such made .
As a matter of fact We called on 16 September 2010 .
We had written to Indian Samsung not no rsponse.
Till time ie 17 September 2010 time 12:57 pm . no one contacted us or visited to solve the complaint
