Samsung — No Installation of LCD Television even after 5 requests made | |||
We bought a Samsung LCD TV from Ezone, Central Mall, Indore on 30th May'10 and post which have made 5 requests to ezone and Samsung botrh to install the Television, however havent recd. anyresponse and action from their end. Its been 17 days and none of the company bothers to even act upon the request made. Its the secong bad experience that we had with Ezone Central Mall, Indore. Also, Samsung as a company is showing no responsibility towards the service that they are liable to provide. Was this information helpful? | |||
