Samsung Jet S8003 — NO SERVICE | |||
Respected Sir, i have purchased a samsung jet s8003 mobile in february 2010.... and had problems with the phone.... i have submitted my handset at the chembur service station of samsung on the 22nd september 2010....... even though it has been almost two months there is no progress in the status of my handset..... the service center is rude and doesnt have any courtesy for their customers....... they only keep giving dates and do not give any feedback.... there is no contact no. so i have to go to the centre for any queries. the company is also not ready to give me a replacement. the job sheet no of my handset at the chembur service station is 11615 and the complaint no at samsung mobile is BP No. [protected]...... i kindly request you to look into the matter and help me in the best manner possible......
