Samsung Jgh600 — Very Poor Service | |
i have samsung mobile model : JGH600... which iwas puchased by my brother Vikrant and phone is registered with the name of Vikrant srivastava at the date of 13.01.08 and my phone is in warranty period.Recently i.e. ( 11.08.08) i handed over my mobile set to samsung service center ( Perfect care solution, 5E-12, B.P.NIT Faridabad ) and my complaint is i have a "blank mobile display" and wat service people told me was there is a strip which is to replaced in my mobile ... and i have been waiting for strip replacement and this is my ihird week i.e. 21 days frm the date i handed over my mobile but till date i have not got any call from service center and when i visit service center wat they reply is it may take few more weeks for the strip to get replaced ... i dont know how long i go to wait for my mobile.. Complaint receipt no 7570.and my samsung phone is submitted at that centre by the name of VINOD. This is myproblem and if it is not solved within two days then I will be go Consumer Court and If my phone is not in good condition then i want a new mobile of same that model. i agree with your complaint, Samsung service very poor, I have already same mobile phone and this phone never work properly.

SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE IS VERY-2 POOR. I SUGEST EVERY BODY DONOT BUY THE SAMSUMG MOBILE. WHEN I HAD CALL THE COUSTMER CARE THEY GIVE BE COMPLAINT NO.-[protected] BUT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE.THERE COUSTMER SERVICE ALSO VERY POOR.
