LOST TRUST IN SAMSUNG.
I have some problem with my Washing Machine & accordingly lodged a Complaint at 11 Am on 20.12.10.
COMPLAINT NUMBER-[protected] .
Then I got an appointment for 6.30-7 Pm slot on 20.12.10.
Accordingly I cancelled all my other appointments & rushed back early to reach home by 6.30 Pm. At 6.30 Pm when I called the Service centre I was kept waiting for 10 minutes & after that I was told that another appointment for 21.12.10 evening would be available to which I informed that it was not acceptable for which the Service centre person agreed to send a person the same evening.
At 7.15 Pm when I did call on the following numbers- [protected],[protected],[protected]-There was no response & this SERVICE centre is Just ¼ Km from my place.
When I called your CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER-[protected] I ONLY got assurances that some one will turn up by 8.30 Pm on 20.12.10.
BUT KNOW ONE TURNED UP- I AM SAD & DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY SAMSUNG IS BEHAVING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
WHEN SUCH AN ATTITUDE IS HELD BY A COMPANY THEN DOOM IS NOT FARAWAY.
I had a lot of trust in SAMSUNG & have a Refrigerator, Washing Machine, 3 Mobile phones ,Monitor etc-But due to POOR service will henceforth NEVER BUY another SAMSUNG & also will inform EVERYONE about your After SALES Service.
