[Resolved]  Samsung — Washing Machine - Not working - Bad Service

I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine top loading mode (WA80E5L) on 16th July 2011. It was installed on 20th and the very next day there was a problem of very high vibration while the machine was in motion.
I raised a complaint and the technician came to check it after 2 days then he said he would require some other technicians help and he returned after another 2 days with the another person, they fixed the machine at home and went.


In four weeks time the same problem got repeated again. I called the customer care the person came after 2-3 days and he fixed the thing and went.


On 5th October I raised another call (reference Number [protected])at the customer care center as now the vibration was again back and also this time the Spin and rinse were not working properly. In Fuzzy mode, it will do one rinse and then stop with an error noise. If we do manually rinse and spin, the spin will not work, sometimes the water inlet will not happen at other times the spin will just be too slow.
This time the field technician came to our house after 3 days and then he said he that the machine has to be taken to service centre. He said the service centre people will come next day morning, I called Kumar the next day he said the call was transferred to service centre people and I was to contact one Mr. Devendra.


I called Devendra, he said he will sent the driver to pick up the machine, the driver came after 2 days on 14th night. He took the machine to the centre and on Saturday (15th Oct) I got a call asking me to repeat the complaint. I told the person the problem, he said the machine will be repaired and sent in 2- 3 days i.e by Monday(17th) or Tuesday (18th).


I got the machine on 17th evening. This is what I noticed
1) The Machine had scrathes on one side. This was 2 month old machine, but now looks like 3-4 yeard old machine.
2) The Same problem of spin and rinse not working in Fuzzy mode still remains and Spin is veryslow.


Today I called the service centre and talked to Mr. Gauri Shankar and he said he will send his technician to check the machine. He says, during the time of observation at the service centre there was no problem. What observation was he doin?
After 3 hours I get another call from Mr Devendra asking me, is the machine working fine? When I told him the problem exists, he says that he will send his "senior Technician" to my house.

From all this I conclude that the after sales service of Samsung is very bad.
Also, they sell bad machines and I have one demand from Samsung India.
I need my Washing machine replaced, it is now full of scratches (probably from improper transport of the machine). This is just a 2 month old machine and it is looking like 3-4 year old machine
