This is ankita i am facing a problem related to my mobile .I am mentioning all the details below.The service centre people they are trying to fool me they had changed my new mother board with old mother board which was having problem ,now they wantd me to pay2750 rs for there mistake they are not ready to accept their mistake.I called to theit chennai customer care also but they are not listening me they are telling that problem is from your side.not from my side so please help me against this issue.No body is ready to accpt their mistake problem is this that in my first step itself i don;t want to compromise otherwise it will become in my habit to compromise.

Money is not a matter,matter is that why should i compromise for other's mistake,especially mobile company mistakes.

I hope you will help me in this matter ,i am pasting the mail which i forwarded to samsung service centre .Do you know the service centre people are telling that they ar not able to understand my problem .So please help me out here.

This Is ankita .I got your mail if from your customer care supervisor. I need to register a complaint for Samsung service centre jayanagar ,bangalore.
Problem:
I purchased a samsung CDMA mobile from mobile ZOne bangalore on 20.06.2011.My phone was working properly,but after 2 month i faced a mike problem in my phone.I was able to call to any number by using headphone ,apart from that i was not facing any problem my phone was working awesome.
I gave my phone for servicing in R.K.R infocom no102,ground floor,7th main bangalore. in between 15- 20 august 2011.They said to me that your phone is having mother board problem. We need to replace the mother board.it will take 2-3 days for replacement.At that time i said ok no problem then for some personal reason i need to go out of station then i went back to service center and i asked them to return my mobile ( AS I MENTIONED EARLIER I WAS ABLE MAKE CALL THROUGH HEAD PHONE AND ALL THE FEATURES WERE RUNNING PROPERLY).Then they return my phone and they said that still your motherboard has not came it will take time then i said after coming back to bangalore i will give u my mobile for servicing.When i was trying to switch on my phone in service centre they said mam its charged,please charge it then switch it on.They said ok.then i kept my phone and came back to my home.
After coming to my home i charged it and trying to on it but i was not able yo on my mobile,after few hours it was automatically start ,then i was very surprised i am seeing somebody else photograph, messages contacts and every thing and after 10 minutes phone was automatically switch off .then i tried to call the service centre in bangalore continuously but they were not picking the phone call.
When i came back to bangalore , again i went to samsung service centre .then i was totally surprised they took my phone on[protected] and they are telling that your phone is having a water log problem and you need to pay 2750 rs for mother board.I asked that you had replaced the old mother board then why should i pay??/its your problem then that lady she was not ready to accept she is saying no its a problem from your side .
Continuously she is changing her statements and she is trying to make me fool if somebody will say you so many problem then anybody will get confused she is saying that my manager is on leave when he will come then i will rectify your problem, pay 2750rs.she was trying to make me fool from 20 days
Then i called up to customer care executive in chennai. I was really surprised first of all your chennai supervisor she had heard my problem then,she called up to jayanagar service centre and that service centre lady she is telling to your supervisor that ankita is ready to pay 2750 rs She had accepted that problem is from her side not from samsung service centre side.
I need to ask a question with you personally that if samsung will send a motherboard then is that mother board will contain old conatcts ,photograph??????????????IPlease reply for this question?????
And i asked with your chennai supervisor her answer was no.and she was telling that she had send the new mother board that was blank .I am mentioning my mobile details below:
OLD IMEI no/RSN no: A0000024C43890
New serial number which is changed by the service centre jayanagar: A0000024AAB5E0

So its my request with you that please replace my mobile phone or pay me the 6000 rs because my mobile cost is 6000.and don;t take favor of your service centre because its a biggest mistake by them .They are making fool to customer and they will take the money with then ..They are not providing good service really i got disappointed with samsung mobile.I think i need to go to the service centre for 1 year then after year when the warranty will over then i need to pay 2750 rs.
I am not getting why you people are proving so bad authorized service centre, Instead of taking favour of tour service centre try to solve my problem otherwise like this only you will lost so many customers..........
