Samsung — Laptop cheap quality and warranty issue only in 5 months

Hi, I am really disappointed with the service of laptop and only in 5 month getting problem. the attitude of entire service channel is disgusting and their NO CARE ATTITUDE for customers is worrying. Most disturbing thing is that, even escalating to their CEO's desk, the problem is not attended.I really need attention as the screen of the laptop is broken and its not worth to me now.as in the second month charger got crashed now screen. really don't what will happen next.
