I am a very old samsung product user and believed in it untill this month 3rd when my LCD
TV got a problem of volume and it was not controlled by remote and the moment it was swithced on the volume use to go Zero and no response from remote ,the customer service at andaman (Techmec engineering ) authorised customer service of samsung is slowly spoiling the name of samsung ,
i complined about the problem of tv and took the tv for service and the condition of display was ok and there was only volume problem,after three days of wait when i gave them a call
they said that ur volume problem is solved but ur LCD screen has gone for six
and now u have to buy the new screen ,i know the TV when handed over to them was not having any screen based problem and the display can go off only after a bang or short circuit and that did not happen with me it was at their work shop ,so who is responsible now
above all the manager is so smart saying that it is fortunate that your display went of and now
it is not our responsibility ,you buy a new tv or exchange it , but when i handed the tv the display was ok ,i said ok give me back the tv with same problem and the question of Display problem happened at work shop ,then who should be responsible for it after this i have been constantly visiting the service centre ,the response is nil ,they are not able to say when i will get my tv and even said that "you go to consumer forum or court ,we have seen so many going and running around we have enough time and we know what will happen so we are not afraid of court , these type of response is really brings bad name to brand and i do believe in
samsung is the best ,few bad people cant eat away the pie so please advice me what should i be doing now ,i feel that decency is illness and people take advantage so can i go to
consumer court will it be help full for me
