i have purchased a samsung lcd tv on 26 th of March 2011, from Value Plus Retail Pvt Ltd, Meera Bai Marg, Lucknow, with a free DTH connection, after four days, on 29th of March one person from Samsung LCD came to install the TV.
Again five days have been passed, no one has came to install connection .
My voucher No for DTH connection is[protected].
After making so many phone calls no one has came to install the connection till date.
This is my request to logde my complaint against all the people involved in this matter. as well as Samsung LCD Tv.

Sir,I have purchased a LCD T.V 4 x with DTH connection ON 26TH of March 2011. from Value Plus Retail PVT LTD. Abhyucaya Tower , 2, Meera Bai marg, Lucknow - 226001, with the assurance of free installation of LCD as well as DTC Connections , after making so many phone calls to the Company no action has been taken till now,( for installation of both the facilities.)
Please do the needful at the earliest.
