we purchased one samsung lcd 40" from chorma from last 15 days we are calling customer care no but no proper responce from them they said they will replace the same but till date nothing is happening neigher they replace nor repir the remote its was shockong as such big co not having proper service center this is total poor show from Samsung Dr Rasmi singh D33 sec 36 noida UP [protected]
