Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Samsung Split A/C (1.5 ton) from Future Bazaar at Shipa Mall Indrapuram Ghaziabad dated 30/04/2008. On 12th April 2009 when I switched on the A/C there was no cooling. I called the customer care (Mr. Sidhartha) on 15/04/2009 (Complaint Number:[protected]) and the service people came same day, checked my A/C and told me that the A/C will be replaced because there is gas problem. After that I talked to the customer care executives (Lalit, Yogesh, Tigi 2times, Shweta, Parthiba, Anil, Gauirav) and their supervisors (Srijit and Satish) also for the same.The supervisor made me talk to the workshop incharge (Mr. Shailash).They all promised to resolve my problem with in a day but till know there is no response form them.
Same Problem faced in the month of october 2008.
We are going under a lot of harassment due to this ignorance.

I had purchased this mobile on 15/04/2009 but it was creating problem from first day. I showed it to Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on 01/07/2009 about N/W problem & poor battery backup but still they are not giving me any response, gave me 10 days time to solve this problem. i went there two times, lost my 17 days till now.

Samsung — poor proformance of service centre
I have purchased samsung refiregitor at rourkela at may 2006, I make complain nearly 25 days ago.I not got any responce from rourkela service station on till date.
