I bought a Samsung LCD LA40A550P1 in sep 2008. After 2 months it broke down. After calling customer care a service engineer visited my place and diagnosed the problem. Software PCB circuit board was not working. Next day Service Center told me that the part is not available and it will be replaced in a week. I requested for a standby TV for the mean time but they simply refused. Now I doubt that they will stick to the one week timeline and customer should get a stand by if the repair takes a long time.
Samsung Customer care is not repsonsive at all and I am unable to reach any Senior Department to file my complaint. If anyone was able to get a standby, please let me know. Was this information helpful? |
