My name Nitin, I have bought a “Samsung LCD LA40B550” from Vijay Sales on 28th Sep 2009.
We observe some issue in TV sometime in August 2011 and did complain on 29th August with Vijay Sales (complaint no. 1108B292872) and Samsung (Complaint no. [protected]) as well. One technician from Samsung attended complaint on 3rd Sep 2011 and told us there is some issue in mother board he has taken the model no and told us to get back to us with product price within 2-3 days.
We have not heard back from that day. We did regular follow up with Vijay Sales and Samsung both.
Today on 15th Sep 2011 when I have done follow up with Samsung they told us small part is not available and we need to replace the entire panel, which will cost us around Rs. 30,000.00.
Now I want to complain about the product quality Samsung is selling in market. Rs. 60K product is not working 2years. What is the value for money they are providing to the customer?
I need your help to replace the faulty product and also give a lesson not to play with consumers hard earn money.
Please let me know how can I proceed with my complaint.
