Samsung / Lcd Monitor 2033sw — mointer screen having bright line

i sandeep complient to samsung tool free no [protected] on14/7/2009 till today no body attending my complient only responce on call is part is not avilable wai for 4 days our technical deparment will call u within two hrs but nobody ring me from this dept.of samsung.complient dept always give me the informaion that our tech.dept give u the details o[censored] r complient when they will attend it

i am very upset due to poor responce of samsung service
