[Resolved]  Samsung Lcd Monitor — DISPLAY PROBLEM

Dear Sir/madam my name is happy from nagpur even i have the same problem that is in my monitor screen dispaly.last month on 8-7-10 i had logged the complaint, no is [protected] but there is no action has been taken by your company person only one time he visited to my house than no call no visite.Please take this COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY OR I WILL GO TO THE LABOUR COURT.I want my monitor ok and you tell me when and how.For your refrence my no is [protected].nagpur

I have lodge a complaint on 08.03.2011 towards Samsung LCD monitor to samsung customer care centre (Customer Service Centre name- Express Digital Systems Grant Road) as monitor display problem but as on date the problem is not solved (of Model No.943 & Serial No.MY19HCS900427)
its happen twice , so i request you to replace the Monitor. because of that my all work has held up & your know now a days computer is bone of our work. i have loose my most of the clients because of that only.

Samsung Lcd Monitor — screen problem

i got screen problem in my samsung lcd monitor.
s/n-ha17h9nq510771x.
model no- sync master 740nw
model code- ls17hansb/xtp.
type no- gh17ws.
manufacter- may 2008.

I inform u that my monitor display shpws very late it takes about 35 minutes to show the display and my sale invoice is also lost but I purchased my monitor on 16/01/2009 so my monitor is in warranty period & my warranty card is available with me & the customer care center is also not responding towards my problem and not repairing. (of Model No.943NWX & Serial No.MY19HMDQ319244)

it happens daily, that my monitor shows display very late. because of which my all work has held up & u know now a days computer is bone of our work. i have loose my most of the clients because of that only. so i request u to repair or replace my monitor.

Samsung Lcd — lcd not working

Not even 2 year completed of my TV which had purchased for Rs 60K and guys are charging for 20K for replacement of part.
This is pathetic… I had logged my complaint on 12th September 2011 and they are telling me now to pay 20K for repair charges...
please help...

Samsung — DISPLAY PROBLEM

I using samsung mobile and the mobile is not working clearly,so many problames in the mobile,pls advice me.

I have purchased a Samsung LCD Monitor model no. Sync Master SA10 from Vedant Computers Sales Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata on 27/8/'12. Red and red related color like maroon orange are displaying black at present. Though the display was quite ok for 1st half hour at the begining. After 30 minutes monitor was blinking and problem arose. Now from the switch on of the computer the problem sustained. A complain was made on phone no. [protected] docket no [protected]. A call from service centre was received giving some tips (cleaning both end of data cable and pressing switch for Auto mode) to solve the problem. Unfortunately the tips does not work. It is requested send a mechanic to my address below immediately.

I HAD BOUGHT IT FOR RS AROUND MORETHAN 20000
I HAD SUFFERED DISPLAY PROBLEM FROM TV A WEEK AGO
I HAD INFORMED TO THE SHOP AND AS THESERVICEMAN OF SAMSUNG HAD ARRIVED AND CHECKED THE PROBLEM.HE ASKED TO CHANGE THE SCREEN WHICH COST MORE THAN 12000[MORETHAN HALF OF THEPRICE OF TV]
I HAD BOUGHT THIS TV ONLY TRUSTING ON SAMSUNG
BUT THIS BRINGS TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT THE BRAND
SO I REQUEST TO SAMSUNG TO CHANGE SCREEN FOR FREE OR ATLEAST REDUCE THE AMOUNT
WE HAD NEVER USED IT ROUGHLY, OVERTIME.SO ONLY THE WORST MANUFACTURING QUALITY OF SAMSUNG IS RESPONSIBLE
