Samsung Lcd Tv — Wall Mounting request for TV stands unattended for more than three weeks | |||
This is in reference to the complaint number with Samsung Customer Care : [protected], which was made two weeks back for wall mounting the LCD TV is still unattended. I had purchased the LCD from Delhi and then I moved to Bangalore. I called the customer care to get the TV wall mounted for the very first time, but the service center reverted that they cannot get wall mounted kit in Bangalore as I purchased the set from Delhi. They also said that I need to go to Delhi service center to get the kit. I raised my concern with the customer care and they said it will done absolutely free of cost, but two weeks have passed and in spite of multiple calls to customer care my request still lies unattended.
