Samsung Lcd Tv — TV Broke down with in 1 month of Purchase | |
I had purchased 1 32"LCD TV model no. LA32A450 bearing serial no.0811 from Meharsons electronics SCO 1096, Sec. 22-B, Chandigarh on 4/12/2008 & exactly within 1 month o[censored]se it broke down. Service engieer are insisting for repairing but I'm requesting them to Replace the piece. Will appeal to everyone not to buy Samsung product as there quality is very poor & moreover the company doesn't replace the product. Was this information helpful? | |

I purchased Samsung LCD TV 26" model No. LA26R71BBM in Dec'8. It started troubling from April. After Engineer came and told some part needed to be replaced. After wait for 10 -12 days finally TV was repaired and it started giving problem again after just 2 days. Now I want TV replacement. Hope to get it replaced. But overall experience with service center is not satisfactory.
