[Resolved] Samsung Lcd Tv — installation and delivery

i have bought the samusung LCD tv on 02/10/2009 at 4:00 PM. that day they have not delivered the TV and they delivered it on 04/10/2009 at 4:00 PM. Today is 07/10/2009. till now noone responded to install the TV. when i tried to call the sevice desk at banjara hills, there is no response from them and they even not answering the calls. they donot bothered in answering the calls. i just want to know,is this the way you deal the customers. i would like to cancel the sale of the product. please let me know the process. i would like to suggest my friends and collegues the way you treat the customers. local samsung people are not skilled and lazy..they just give you a nightmare. product quality is defamed by the after sales service.
this has been the problem with samsung from the begining

Today is 13/10/2010. till now noone responded to install the TV. when i tried to call the dealer, there is no satisfactory answer (we lodge the complaint). i just want to know, is this the way you deal the customers. i would like to cancel the sale of the product. please let me know the process. i would like to suggest my friends and collegues the way you treat the customers

i have purchased the samsung LCD tv two days before from Bhagat Electronics Manimajra Chandigarh but it is not insalled till date.Every Day dealer says guy will come to install but he does not come.

Please let me know how to get the LCD installed
