I had bought a LCD Tv Samsung LCD LA40A650A on[protected]. On 7-10 2010 the display was blurred and no image was seen. On[protected] I complained and my complaint no.was[protected]. Later a technician came and said that the display needs to be changed.He said he would give the estimate in a day or two.After about 2-3 days he called up and said that it would cost me 35000/- approximately for changing the display.Now for no fault of mine the display which is so expensive conks within two years of purchase so you sit and think about the product.I requested the samsung guys that it is too much of an amount to pay for no fault of ours hence iin such cases which I am assuming would be rare the company should provide a free replacement of the part.Otherwise if it is a common complaint then the quality of the product needs to be questioned.The mumbai office guys said that they would let the management know and would get back to me.I have been following regurlarly but nothing has come about it yet i.e nearly two months from the complaint. Actual live of an LCD tv is between 30, 000 to 60, 000 hrs, some claims upto 100, 000 hrs. If this is the case how can we judge a SAMSUNG product
