Samsung Lcd Tv — lcd not working | |||
Hi I have a samsung lcd tv model no LA-22 in my office at lower parel which was purchased in the year 2007.We had a service personnel Mr Mirza ie [protected] who visited the office today and said that the main board-smps has got spoilt and he will not be able to do anything unless i give him my purchase order.Even if i give him the purchase order he can just reimburse the cost of the part. i mr fruitwala zahid had bought a lcd tv model no la19r7 from lakhani electronic on 30/06/09 the complaint no is [protected] a weak ago a person from ur side inspected the lcd tv and said some part was not working,now when we call the person says the defective part is not available i would request to u look in the matter and solve as soon as possible
