[Resolved] Samsung Lcd Tv — Non availability of spare parts | |||
TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN AT SAMSUNG INDIA I purchased a LCD TV in April 2010. I recoverably lost my Remote Control in June 2010. I contacted Mereena Electronics (the local authorized Samsung Service Centre)+ for a spare. They asked me to wait for a week. Now its been two months and they still have no spare to give me. Worst, the authorised service engineer advised me to go to a local electronic shop and buy a fake (grey market) one. How can Samsung tolerate such stupid service centres. Now its been two months with no remote control for my LCD! I regret i brought Samsung! Was this information helpful? | |||

At Marina Electronics u get the worst service. They treat customers as cattle class!
The office of their Tv section is always empty...no one to meet u nor anyone to take ur calls.
dear Samsung, make a surprise visit there and c 4 ur self the mockery!
