[Resolved] Samsung Led 40 Inches Tv +lcd 22 Inches — Non receipt of 22 inches LCD for 3 months even after making full payment in advance

Complaint against Mr. Anish Owner of Gems Electronics, Near sarvesh Hall, Dombivali East. Dist: Thane, Pin 421201,mobile no. [protected]. Inspite of making full one time payment for the combo offer of LED Six series 40 inches+ 22 inches LCD, only LED 40 inches was delivered after continuous follow up of 20 days. And LCD of 22 inches is still not delivered after 3 months. every day he gives excuses that he will give in 2 to 3 days.It is causing a lot of mental tension as he avoiding giving the delivery, the same model is locally available. If he unable to give the delivery why is he not refunding the cash + interest for 3 months You are requested to please look into this matter and instruct him accordingly. i had laso purchased the 40" LED TV under the combo offer in Dehradun. Though my LED TV was delivered within 4 days, the 22" LCD TV has not been delivered for 3 months. The dealer is passing the bucks on to the company. The local company officials are also not responding. My request to the Samsung headquarters has also not been replied to. Readers beware of such combo offers from Samsung
