[Resolved] Samsung LED TV — NEW TV -NOT WORKING, COMPLAINT REGISTERED BUT NO RESPONSE | |||
Sir/Madam I have purchased a LED TV from Venus electronics, Thrissur one month back. Product model code: UA32EH5000RLXL, S/N:MQE13PBC807036T Last week the tv got out of order and there is no display or sound. I have registered a complaint with the customer care first (complaint No:[protected]) and there was no response back. No one came or informed me about what to do next. Again I called customer care and again a complaint was registered on 12/11/2012 (complaint No:[protected]).This time they assured me that the service engineers will be calling me before 8.30pm the same day.And i didn't get any call from anywhere. I purchased this SAMSUNG LED TV as a part of my celebration of Diwali festival. Neither the product was up to the standard as it us to claim nor the service. we are totally dissatisfied with the quality of samsung and the service provided by them Today is Diwali and we just blame our-self for choosing a brand which created so much bad experience for us. I was buy Samsung Ultra slim TV on 19/11/2010 from Indian Enterprises Bijnor But TV is not working last two month.I have registered my complaint two month ago but no action taken by Samsung service dept.If any inquiry please call me

Samsung CTV — Not responding to the customers complaint.
Dear Sir,This is for your kind information that we have brought a Samsung CTV on 22/08/2009 in Srivari & Co in Shenoy Nagar Chennai from January 14, 2010 there is no picture is coming there is a black screen and a horizontal line is present. The same day we have registered a complaint to the anna nagar service center. Complaint no is [protected] they said they will come and attend too shortly, but no body has come until five days after that one person has came I did ask his name he has filled some form and went away. He has not rectified our TV problem and nothing is happening from that day onwards. We are keep on calling the people daily, but there is no response they are giving dummy answers. Not at all responding properly we have brought that TV five months back it is having problem and it is in warrently period the company should take action immediately, but samsung is worst I never thought that Samsung will be like this. We are newly married couple really I am saying we wont buy any Samsung products in our lifetime, sorry for taking our TV from Samsung company so plz kindly attend the fault immediately this time. Do not neglate these kind of complained. Please dont make us mad by keep on giving complaint to you people.
