[Resolved] Samsung Led Ua32c6900 — Poor service on defective product | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a Samsung LED 32" TV from Ms New Berco, Sector-6, Dwarka for 55,0000/- on[protected]. On 22/10/2010 the TV stopped working for which I logged complaint with Samsung on helpline number [protected] vide complaint number [protected]. The engineer visited on 23/10/2010. He just looked at the TV and said that it has to be opened and parts needs to be replaced. I told him that I will not allow to open the TV and you replace it with new set. The engineer collected the invoice and assured that same will be done on priority. After 23/10/2010, I never heard anything from Samsung. Not a single representative called and updated me whats going to happen and by when. Meanwhile I approached Ms. New Berco to take back the set and refund my money. He said that it could only be done by Samsung and he will not do anything. I am calling everyday Samsung to provide me status update but other than "sorry" and "please excuse" they don't have status and no response. Finally, I have told them to take back the set and refund my all money. I won't be interested in such company which doesn't have curtsey to update me on status and the provide necessary service on such costly product. I am sure if this the service they deliver for a product which is just 10 days old, then what service they would provide once the product is 6 months or more old. I request your help in this matter if possible. I have written emails to them where they have confirmed they will replace the set but nothing happend. Thanking you. That's true. Same thinbg happened to me with samsung ac. Lg which was bought a year before is still working finem.
I think buying samsung products the same led as mentioned above and split ac. I don't think that atleast in next 10 years I am going to buy any thing of samsung unless they change dramatically. Lg services and products are much better than samsung

The remote is OK because it works on my other Samsung TV, but I can't find anywhere where it says I can reset the TV in the trouble shooting menu.
When I bought my 50'' Samsung I got a free DVD player which was also faulty on delivery.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT - FEDUP
