I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY S FROM MADURAI ON 20/7/2010 FOR RS. 28,200/-, BUT ITS KEPT HANGING CONTINUOSLY, THEN HANDED OVER MY HANDSET TO THE NEAREST SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE(MULTI CARE ENGINEERING, MADURAI). EARLIER THEY TOLD, IT HAS SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM, AND NOW THEY TELLING THAT" IT HAS MOTHER BOARD, AND THE SAME IS ON THE WAY FROM COMPANY". ITS ALMOST 17 DAYS GONE SINCE I USED MY HANDSET. THEY TILL NOT SURE, ABOUT HANDING OVER MY HANDSET TO ME. ITS RIDICULOUS THAT HOW COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG DEALING WITH CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. NOW AM FEELING THAT MY MONEY GONE UNDER WATER.
