I purchased a Samsung Laser Printer M1666 on 18th December 2011. A month back, I had an issue with Printer not turning on. I had contacted Customer service. They registered the complaint and in a couple of days time, a service engineer came in to fix the issue. I was informed that the issue is fixed. The day evening, when I tried taking a print out, the paper got stuck and I could notice that I was because the Power was not there. The printer was having the old issue once again. I called up the customer service agan and was promised that their technician would come in before 5PM today. I am yet to find someone or a call from someone. Don't know how to get it fixed now.
