I have bought microwave Samsung M1630N has got its front panel not working. The touch pad needs to be replaced tells the Costumer care personnel. its been around 6 months that the part has not been received. Complete mismanagement. It is so inspite of daily reminders over phone. what should be done?? Frustrated with the company i have already done a lot of negative advertising about its products and pledged not to buy another Samsung Product. kindly tell how can i get my equipment fixed.
