[Resolved]  Samsung Microwave Oven — call for service

i purchased this product in 1st week of feb 2008, from 5-6 month my microwave selection butten is having some problem, i have called them for 6-7 time, and in every call i get assurity that they will come within this week, but sorry to say thear is no responce at all, my complaint number is [protected], please do the need full as early as possible, since my warrenty gets over in few days.thanking you
