[Resolved] Samsung Microwave Oven — Not properly working since purchasing time | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, We have purchased a samsung refrigrator and microwave oven dated on[protected] from City Enterprises, Hisar.Its not working from past 5-6 months. so i had immediately placed a complaint to your service centre.Your representative had come and told me there is some problem in the oven and assured that it will be replaced within a week.He had also told that he would call us. The expected call never came .........so I called them up a week later. Next time they behave in such a rude way and told me there can't be any replacement. BUT NOTHING.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL THIS DATE. NOW WE ARE ALL FEELING WHY DID WE EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT....... AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE ARE FALSELY ASSURED THAT WE WILL BE GIVEN A VERY GOOD SERVICE........... WE USE THE OVEN ON A DAILY BASIS AND ITS BEEN A TERRIBLE HANDICAP WITHOUT IT........................... ITS NOT THAT THE, OVEN IS SO OLD, THAT ITS PRODUCTS ARE OBSOLETE.......... YOU CAN'T EXPECT PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR OVENS EVERY 2-3 YEARS............ I AM STILL HOPING THAT SOMEONE WILL FIX IT AT THE EARLIEST............
