[Resolved] Samsung Microwave Oven, Model Mw73v. — Failed. Does not work. | |||
Samsung Microwave Oven Model MW73V which I bought in November, 2007, failed recently. I called the Customer Care Centre on Tel.[protected] on 12 Feb 2011 (nine days ago). My complaint No. is[protected]. I was told that the Service Centre at Hyderabad would be informed and someone would visit my house within two days. Nobody turned up for four days. I called up the same Tel. No. three more times till now. Same response and nothing happened. Today is 21st February. Twelve days have passed after my first complaint. I think the people in their service centre at Hyderabad have all fled. This is the worst 'customer care' I have ever come across. Regards, A. Rama Rao. Balkampet, Hyderabad.
