[Resolved]  Samsung Ml - 1640 Mono Laser Printer — Not Given Additional Warranty

I have bought a Samsung ML-1640 Mono Laser Printer and there is an offer from Samsung that i[censored] buy this printer model before 31 Aug 2009 then u will get an additional onsite warranty of 1 year for free i bought this printer on 26 Aug 2009 and called the customer care on 27 Aug 2009 they said that the executive will come to your place on the next business day and today is 12-Sep-2009 and i have not received any call from Samsung team and i call daily to their customer care number[protected] and they say only one thing that wait today sir executive will come to your place i m totally pissed off and I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS . THEY HAVE A LITTLE CALL CENTER AND THEIR CALL CENTER HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG AT LEAST IN INDIA.

I totally agree with you i bought an LCD TV of Samsung and call ed the customer care and it's 24 days now no one from Samsung has contacted me . SAMSUNG SUCKS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS.
i agree SAMSUNG Customer Care Is Pathetic Samsung is totally an Chinese company LG is far better than Samsung. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BUY LG BECAUSE THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
we purchased laser printer ml 1640 dated[protected] invoice no. sri 2010-11/208 model no. 1448bkbz2048 from the day one it is not working properly and now the major probelem that it is not taking the paper
today we lodged a complaint thrue customer care and your service engr. visited us but in vain the probelem is still as it is

we hope that you will take this matter seriously and resolve our probelem
