Samsung Mobile — Warranty Issues | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased Samsung GT-C3010S in the month of November 2009 and bill of the same has been lost due to some renovation work at home. From last two days I receiving problem that shows "insert sim card", as cell is already loaded with sim card. Yesterday I went Samsung Mobile Service Centre for the repair of the same, but they denied for the servicing of mobile due to unavailability of Bill Copy. I told them to trace the Product Sr. No. and Mfg. Date on the box, but still they denied to service for the same. As on the Mobile Box, Mfg. Date is Nov. 2009 and product sr. no. is RD5SB61492J. this is to inform you that i have purchased a samsung mobile modle no SCH-W259, EMEI NO-[protected]. After 2 months the mobile is dead i had given it to service centre (address:- c-38 city centre sec-4 bokaro steel city jharkhand)for repair on 10/11/2010, since now i had visited the service centre several times but did not get any positive responce i even speaked to several persons of your company but did not got any responce . now what to do please guide.
