[Resolved] Samsung Mobile B-7320 — Worst parts and Service | |||
I have purchase Samsung Omnia Pro Mobile B-7320. My down scroll key is not working and went to Samsung Repair center in Noida. It has taken 20 days already for small spare part. They said I have pay Service Charge and Spare Part charge but when i argued the product is under warranty they said they will charge for only key pad which would amount to Rs.150 only. During my five visits for confirmation about repair they said the parts have not come. During the period i also saw many people coming for months and their products are not repaired. All are new mobiles with 80% problems described as liquid problem and the common reason for it is sweating and moisture. Why does Samsung creates a mobile that so vulnerable to moisture and sweat. And i didn't understand why my down scroll key and backspace key is affected by the so called liquid problem. Today i asked to give my mobile back so that i could use it. I have purchased the smartphone to leave it at the mercy of Service Center people. Today they said the spare part will call around Rs.500. I donot know how samsung is monitoring these centers or samsung does produce cheap quality products. Future buyers do beware before buying Samsung products. Was this information helpful? | |||
