samsung b2100 water proof phone has issues with firmware/software , it restarting unexpectedly , and samsung has the worst customer service in mobile division - it will take 1 month to get replacement and some customers are begging/waiting every day to get the their phone repaired. called up customer care and they gave an outdate contact tel # for t-nagar service center in chennai. I purchased a samsungGT- B2100 mobile on 30-10-09 and i gave it for service on 2nd december and they gave me back on 12th december saying there was no complaint and again i had the same problem and i gave to service again on[protected] and today the date is[protected] still i have not received my set. while purchasing they said me that the set has one year replacement warranty. i frequently went to service centre they use to say the board has not yet been received. we buy mobiles to use it not to leave it with the service people. please make arrangements for the immediate replacements .IMEI No [protected] work order no wa[protected]
