[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — SAMSUNG NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the I am Soma Pal (Hardradanga,Chandannagar,Hooghly) , I purchased a Samsung C3010 GSM Hand Set, Colour - OCEON BLUE. IMEI - 356301/04/543594/0- on 24/07/2011 at Cool Point (Bhadreswar, Hooghly). When(at home) I was insert the sim I saw Mobile Sim section are damaged.
I went Samsung Service Centre (Chandannagar Hooghly ) and told this problem. He told I cant solve this problem. His Beaviour is vary dirty.
so, I request to you please solve this problem & needfull action for this service centre persons.
