Dear All, As i had purchased sumsung mobile cdma b239 in jan 09 after few months the mobile was not getting power on As i gave the mobile on 26 aug 09 at Samsung borivali Service Centre At mumbai than they gave me the time for around 15 days to repair. after they said you will get refund of the mobile As u can purchase a new one As i have done but still they r not giving the proper Answer i have called many time but no response.. as i have called the maneger of Sr centre Area maneger as well as all number that was provided by the call centre at chennai & mumbai after 5 mouths they dont have sheam.... they r not lifting the mobile phone I reqest all u please dont by samsung mobile As there After sales Service is VVVVV bad......... I had purchased Samsung DUO ESN 168D334B Model W339 on 14/04/09. Within one year problem related to Touch Screen Occurred. I approched Customer Care Dept at Borivali (West), Mumbai. They informed me that the Spare Parts not available and if I do not get the sprae parts I will have to opt for Refund Option. Pl.advise.
