Samsung Mobile — Complaint for defective battery | |
Respected sir, I have purchased samsung mobile model No: SGH-J150 from Magic Mobile orange city hotel Nagpur Invoice No.:7329 on 05/08/09 and from Sep'09 the battery is gets automatically low after every 8-9 hrs. I have lodged my complaint at samsung service center which is located at anjuman complex, sadar Nagpur regarding mobile battery. The service center person Mr. Anand Mobile No: [protected] & Mr. Sharad has except the faulty battery But both persons has given me false commitment time to time Now the mobile battery warranty has expired on 15-02-10 & he is saying your mobile battery warranty has expired One again I request you to replaced my mobile's defective battery.
