Samsung / Mobile — poor response from service centre

purchase date - 07/09/2008
dealer - mahavir agencies chakan tal- khed dist- pune
problem- automatic switch off & never gets on again
details- i have purchase samsung make above mentioned model no. handset on mentioned date but after few days. it automatically switch off & after trying along period it doesn't on. it all happens on 15/10/2008 . i have purchase it by considering a branded company make . it was given to agency & they have also submitted all to samsung autorised service centre in pune, but till date there is no response about repairing from the service centre . please confirm all the details & help us to get it as earlier as possible . if you want more details you can contact me on my mail or mobile no.-[protected]

your chembur service centre maneger behevior in customer not good

details- i have purchase samsung make above mentioned model no. handset on mentioned date but after few days. it automatically switch off & after trying along period it doesn't on. i have purchase it by considering a branded company make . it was given to agency & they have also submitted all to samsung autorised service centre in chembur, but till date there is poor response about repairing from the service centre . i will submit my phone 6 to 8 time.
please confirm all the details & help us to get it as earlier as possible .
