refer to my earlier email dt[protected] i have given my mobile on[protected] at gorakhpur of your service centre but about one month gone the mobile was not returned to me after repairing after contact to service station no respone was given to me .So I request to look into matter seriously . urgent Was this information helpful? samsung mobile D 780 — complaint regarding repairing of mobile

I have handed over my mobile set samung mobile bearing moded no-D780 to the service centre at gorakhpur on 18 August 2009.This mobile set is having charging problem.After passage of One month it has not been repaired and even calling on phone and after meeting personally no proper response has been given to me. I am sorry to say that this type of activity does not like a good business man and put question mark on the reputation of such a big company.
In view of the above request you look into the matter seriously.Hoping early reply.
