i have purchased a samsung mobile SGH-F-270 on 24/04/2009 from mobile house(bikaner, rajasthan). Within a month of purchase it created many problems related with slid,speaker,software etc. i gave this to samsung service center at bikaner with the order number 242. they took that set for a month and after that they said that we couldn't repair it. it will take more days. than i bring this set to noida n gave again to service centre( CEE EMM SERVICES) on 19/08/09 as i was irritated by the service of bikaner service center.
now today is approximately 93 days gone and still i am waiting for my refund check as they said that this case has been sent to the company for the refund. finally i am so much irritated by samsung mobile care services.
for this i have talked to MR. R.S.Tiwari ( CEE EMM Services), to Mr. Manav ( responsible for accounts management, noida) and also with rajesh ( company executive), samsung customer care executives. but all are making me fool, every time they are saying that it will take some more time, i am frustrated now... and now Mr. Manav has changed his number and your samsung deptt doesn't have his new number... what the hell this is.. when i talked to customer care executive they said filled the case in consumer forum .. is that reply i am expecting from u??? tell me what should i do? or should i filled a complaint form in consumer forum against this case?
