Samsung Mobiles — Pathetic customer service
Hi,I bought a Samsung Star phone in September 2009. I started facing problems with the phone hanging during the call and my external memory card not being recognized by the phone. when i took the phone to the authorized service center, they told me that there is some manufacturing defect and they would replace the motherboard within 10 days. its almost a month and i have not heard anything from them yet. i have written mails to samsung customer service thrice but i have not received any help till now. when i call the service center, they hang up. Would request you to highlight the same through the concerned channel.
