[Resolved] Samsung Mobile GH-M610 — New diaplay | |
This is sowjanya, I have purchased a Samsung mobile SGH M610 on 3rd Aug 2008 from Sangeeta mobiles, Himayat nagar, Hyderabad and my mobile display has broken as it was fell down. I have contacted Samsung customer care at Ameerpet branch, Hyderabad on 23rd Aug 2008 and they informed me that SGH-M610 display is out-of-stock at that particular branch till date and said that they will raise purchase order for it. I visited customer center after two weeks, they asked me to register online customer request. I have registered request on 27th Sept 2008 and reference number is WA[protected]. It has been more than a week still I have not received any response from them. It is very poor service to the customers, which Samsung is providing just to replace a simple display part. I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and dispatch the display to Ameerpet service center, Hyderabad. Was this information helpful? | |
